- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content.
- Use any automated system, including without limitation spiders, robots, cheat utilities, scrapers, or offline readers that access the Service, or use or launch any unauthorized script or other software.
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any partys uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Service or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, or operation of the Service.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks or services connected to the Service.
5. User Generated Contributions
If you submit or post reviews, comments, progress updates, or other content ("Contributions"), you are solely responsible for your Contributions and you expressly agree that:
- You are the creator and owner of the Contributions or have the necessary rights and permissions.
- Your Contributions do not infringe the proprietary rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, misleading, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party or applicable law concerning child protection.
6. Subscriptions
Calories Tracker AI may offer renewable subscriptions for access to premium digital features (such as barcode scanning, photo-based macro breakdowns, and advanced analytics). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms as well as any additional terms presented at purchase.
Subscription plans and pricing
We may offer different plans and pricing options, which can vary based on the level of access and features provided. Prices are subject to change; if we change prices for an ongoing subscription, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law.
Billing and payment
By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the duration of the subscription period, monthly or annually as selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account or within the app where applicable. If you cancel during a billing cycle, your access will remain active until the end of the current period, and you generally will not receive a refund for the unused portion, unless required by law or by the app store's refund policies.
7. Disclaimers
Calories Tracker AI provides calorie tracking, nutrition estimates, and health-related information for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Bravarb Technology LLC is not liable for any health issues that may arise from the use of the Service or reliance on information provided by the Service. You are responsible for consulting with a medical professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health plan.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravarb Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the underlying Bravarb Technology LLC Terms.
